How Iran Challenged Modern Warfare and Digital Control by Maji Isah

If you have a technology you are so proud about, don't use it against Iran

Two myths of invincibility of the Western hegemony have been demystified by Iran in less than six months

First, it was the Iron Dom of Israel and another with a funny name of David Sling supported with the American THAAD defence systems

They so ran propaganda about them thumping to their invincibility until Iran entered the equation and shattered them all

This has left Israel very very afraid of getting into another direct confrontation with Iran to the point of now crying Iran is planning a preemptive strike against them and asking the US to intervene

The Second is the Starlink internet network of Elon Musk

Musk has been intimidating governments of the world with hus Network, providing Network for groups he sides with to sabotage governments and nations have been helpless against the sophistication of his technology as no technology could jam the network

But Iran has shattered that invincibility claim

We have not seen this before.

Iran’s digital blackout has escalated beyond conventional shutdowns.

The regime deployed military-grade jammers to shut down access to Starlink itself.

This marks a fundamental shift a game-changer for the “Plan-B connectivity” relied upon by protesters and anti-regime activists once domestic internet access is
cut.

According to IranWire, “Despite reports that tens of thousands of Starlink units are operating inside Iran, the blackout has also reached satellite connections.” Initial estimates suggest that around 30 percent of Starlink uplink and downlink traffic was disrupted — a figure that rapidly climbed to more than 80 percent within hours.

Amir Rashidi of the Miaan Group told TechRadar:
“I have been monitoring and researching access to the internet for the past 20 years, and I have never seen such a thing in my life.”

It is no ordinary the best has made every efforts to change the regime. But the Iranian people are resilient people, they will rather stand with their country than an outsider who will put fire in their barn when he is given access
