A Clarion Call To My Muslim Brethren Towards Embracing Islamic Camps by Tayyib Qamarudeen



Here comes the beautiful season of Islamic conferences influx courtesy of Islamic organizations to reviving and reawakening muslim brothers and sisters from their Long spiritual slumber which is impediment to the free flow of Islamic evangelism. 


It is such a divine initiative which was gave birth to by Jamahaat with view to keeping Muslim wards preoccupied with Dawah activities and different kinds of Ibaadah rather than mingling with kufru based festivities such as Christmas ,new year celebration among other unconstitutional festivals   that no authority was revealed to do in Islam.


It is not an hyperbole to conceptualize that ,this development is the reminiscent of worth emulating traditions of the pious predecessors of prophet Muhammad (SAW) since its source of activities emanates from Kitab and Sunnah just as Sohaabas. 


It is not only crave to inculcate pristine Islamic teachings not only advocate for unity among Muslims nor only to cleanse Muslims from the virus of societal decadence ravaging the nook and cranny of Muslim community but also to paving path for ideal society and Home respectively.

What I learnt from this sunnatic initiative during my childhood period is still fresh in my medulla oblongata up to  this very moment such that each time I found myself in a melancholy posture I feel mental picture of activities back then.


 It reminds me of how the Sohaabas were used to do almost everything together in madinah during general activities as enshrined in scholastic Tiras and authentic prophetic Hadith. 

The predominant theme of this development is majorly based on Tolerance and Sacrifice with sincerity of purpose for the Hummah. Endeavor to attend to confirm the subject matter therein rather than just being judgemental from afar without knowing the bone of contentions it is up to . 

May Almighty Allah bless the brains behind it and help actualize the revivalism of Sunnah across the globe. Amin

Once again, the mantle of leadership has been passed on. Alhamdulillah Rabbil Alamin. We give praise and thanks to Almighty Allah for making us witness that day. We thank Him for guiding the Shurah committee, and we thank Him for His choice of leaders. For those of us who attended the programme, we would all agree that that day is a memorable one. It's not every day you see your leaders breaking down at the moment of appointment. And if there's a lesson to be learnt from that, and from the fact that Great men like Umar and Uthman cried as well, it's the fact that crying is not always a sign of weakness.
